SHIPPING METHODS

The order will be shipped to the address specified at the time of ordering:
- Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time -
The shipping time is established within 5/7 working days in Peninsula and Balearic Islands,
and 8/12 days in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, from the admission of the package by the transport agency.
The shipping time for shipments within the European Union is 4/5 working days from the admission of the package by the transport agency.
Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla that involve customs charges, these will be the responsibility of the customer, and the customer assumes these costs.

The processing time is around 24/48 working hours from the time the order is placed, considering working days from Monday to Friday, except holidays.
The shipment may take more days due to delays beyond ILoveCharm's control.

ADDRESS INFORMATION

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide the complete and correct address for delivery.
If your shipping address is different from the address in the purchase information, you need to specify it.

SHIPPING NOTIFICATION

When your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Notification email. This email will inform you of the tracking number of your order.
You will also receive an SMS from the Post Office once it has been accepted.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

The estimated delivery date is based on the shipping method selected.
Delivery dates are according to working days and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Please note that special orders may take slightly longer to process/manufacture.

REFUNDS POLICY

The customer has 15 days from the date of receipt of the order to make exchanges and/or returns.
No cancellations or returns can be made from the time of notification of shipment until receipt of order.
The customer must receive the order in order to process the exchange or return.
